Refund Policy – Codedge Academy

At Codedge Academy, we are committed to delivering a world-class learning experience. We believe in the value of our programs and the impact they create. However, we also understand that learners may have genuine concerns before fully committing. To address this, we offer a limited refund window under specific conditions outlined below.

General Refund Terms

All course fees paid to Codedge Academy are non-refundable by default. However, for eligible programs, we provide a Money-Back Guarantee under the conditions mentioned below.

Money-Back Guarantee – Eligibility Criteria

Attendance

- Must attend all live sessions in the first 10 days.

- Watching only recorded sessions does not qualify.

- You must log in using your registered full name for accurate attendance tracking.

Assignment Submissions

- All assignments issued within the first 10 days must be submitted on or before the due dates.

- Late submissions will disqualify you from the refund policy.

Refund Request Process

1. Submit your request to: support@codedgeacademy.com

2. Request must be made between Day 10 and Day 15 (based on your batch's first academic session).

3. Requests sent before Day 10 or after Day 15 will not be considered.

4. Refunds will be processed within 14–60 business days, post-verification.

Refund Amount and Deductions

If approved, your refund will be calculated after deducting:

- GST Charges – Non-refundable as per Govt. rules.

- Platform/Admin Charges – Payment gateway & operational costs.

- Subvention Charges – If paid via EMI/loan.

- LMS Access Fees – Access and licensing costs once LMS is activated.

- Academic Resource Usage – Includes videos, notes, assignments, and tools accessible from day one.

- Booking Fees – Always non-refundable.

Refunds are applicable only on standard, full-fee enrollments. Discounted, subsidized, or EMI-based enrollments are non-refundable.

Ineligibility for Refund

You are not eligible for a refund if:

- You miss live classes or submit incomplete assignments.

- You attend under a different name or anonymously.

- You have outstanding EMIs with any financial partner.

- You paid via discounted or promotional pricing.

Return of Materials

If you’ve received any physical study material, it must be returned in good condition to:

Additional Clauses

- Codedge Academy reserves the right to refuse future enrollments for learners who’ve availed a refund.

- Premature refund requests (before Day 10) will not be entertained.

- Refunds are subject to a one-time claim only per learner per program.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited within 14 to 60 business days, depending on your payment provider and verification status.
